March is coming to it.s end and few highlights posted here! Fly fishing was good, despite several days of rain and cold – anglers went out and were rewarded! Worth mentioning that we.v experienced a big diversity in feeding mode of the fish on different rivers! While Upper Sava Bohinjka required micro nymphs and tiny dries, Krka`s Trout was smashing easily on sizes 12! Radovna moved only by streamers as well on big Sava river.. ha, fly box had to be well loaded if you were roaming around Slovenia!
NOTE: Middle part of the Sava Bohinjka – so called INSTITUTE AREA (dam in Soteska till road bridge near Boh.Bistrica) will this year open with Saturday March 30th! Welcome to visit us, Fauna Fly shop Bled opened during Easter holidays!
